Replier is built so the most sensitive thing — your account-wide App Store Connect key — never leaves your device. The only thing our backend ever sees is the review text and the reply guideline needed to draft a response.

Questions, answered
What do I need to use Replier?
An Apple Developer account with apps on the App Store, and an App Store Connect API key (a .p8 file with the App Manager role). You create the key in App Store Connect under Users and Access → Integrations, then import it into Replier.
Does my App Store Connect key get uploaded anywhere?
No. The key is stored only in your device’s Keychain (set to this-device-only, so it isn’t synced to iCloud) and is used to sign requests to Apple locally. It is never sent to our servers or to the AI provider.
What does the AI see when it drafts a reply?
Only what’s needed to write the reply: the review (rating, title, body, reviewer nickname, territory and any existing response), your app’s name, and the reply guideline you set. This is sent to a thin backend that calls the AI provider with a server-side key. It is not used to identify you, and your App Store Connect key is never involved.
Do I have to use the AI?
Not at all. Browsing apps, reading and filtering reviews, and writing & posting your own replies are completely free and don’t require a subscription. AI drafting is the one feature that’s part of Replier Pro.
How do the free trial and subscription work?
Replier Pro is an auto-renewable subscription with a 7-day free trial for eligible new subscribers. It’s billed through your Apple Account once the trial ends, renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends, and can be managed or cancelled anytime in your device’s Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions.
Is Replier affiliated with Apple?
No. Replier is an independent app built by AI Lab. It uses Apple’s official App Store Connect API. “App Store”, “App Store Connect”, iOS and macOS are trademarks of Apple Inc.
Should I review AI-generated replies before posting?
Yes — always. AI drafts are a starting point. You’re the editor and the publisher: review and edit every reply before posting, since it appears publicly on the App Store under your developer response.
